9:43 pm	The Happening (my review)  When I go to the movies I don't always agree with critics or other people's reviews. Critics can rave about a movie and I see it and don't like it. They could trash a movie and I love it. A movie can have so much hype then I see it and think that's it? The Happening has the quietness and relationship aspects (like the Village) which I loved the most and the creepy what's going on, message that Signs did. Some of the dialogue had campy humor but overall I enjoyed it. I loved the Philadelphia scenary and references to things currently going on in the city, like the newspaper headline being Killadelphia (referencing the city's crime/murder problem) and seeing the usage of the city's newscasters. The quietness,the creepiness and the what's happening fear played very well and like an old time movie. Some of the deaths scenes had me closing my eyes. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the Elliot and Alma relationship, which they were having problems but truly love each other, and I wanted to see more of it. I think Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel did a great job.  I kinda loved the message about the environment and love. I liked how Alma and Elliot took a leap of faith,especially quiet and confused Alma, and love did win out in the end. For me the happening is a great movie. (Comment on this)

7:10 pm	TV shows finales and summer shows  I like that TV now has shows premiering during the summer time. I always thought that was a good idea. New programming in the summer instead of all repeats. I'm really looking forward to Psych, Monk, Army Wives, and Ghost Hunters. I think the shows that had the best finales this year were Brothers&Sisters and Grey's Anatomy. They were just about perfect. Brothers and Sisters had comedy, a wedding and new relationships forming. I like that Kitty&Robert plan to adopt. I love that Nora went overboard for Kevin's wedding. Saul coming out of the closet and the comedy of the three brothers hanging out was fantastic. I also think the show handled Justin and Rebecca's storyline and new romance very well. Dave Annable and Emily Vancamp did a phenomenal job and the chemistry is amazing. The last scene was beautifully shot. I can't wait for next season. Grey's Anatomy finally felt like it was back. It was really good. Bailey is still the best.  I loved her helping the cement boy and being into sci fi. Bailey loving Star Wars and knowing Han Solo history with everyone looking at her was awesome. Alex continues to be a favorite of mine. I like the character growth and his sad childhood history. Meredith going into therapy was long overdue and good for her character. I adored her  mock candle dream house and kiss with Derek. Can't wait for next season. Bones had a good finale. I'm sad Zack is gone and that was a twist. I'm surprised he was the killer but glad it wasn't Hodgins. The Office finale was alittle flat for me. Although I did like Phyllis outdoing Angela and that annoying Michael may have met the perfect woman for him. Lost's finale was good but I'm alittle tired of new characters and the oceanic six. I guess I like the sidekicks more like Claire,Jin,Locke,Michael,etc. I don't like that Michael died and Jin's presumed dead and Claire's just gone or that Locke dies in the future. (Comment on this)
